LWGS: Gym Buddies and Weigh in

Hi folks

Its so hard to motivate myself at the moment, gym and diet wise, but I had a little break through. Meeting a friend at the gym is such a good way to get me there. I can't let her down by not turning up so it takes out the option of not going. Now I realize thats the key for me I'm trying to meet up as much as possible.

If you don't have anyone you can 'gym buddy' with then why not hire a personal trainer once a week. If you can afford it they are great. They whip you into shape in the session but the fear of having someone weigh you the next week should help keep you in check till your next sesh. *Sigh* If only I could afford it.

Do you have any tips or tricks? I'd love to hear them :)

As mentioned in my last post I am aiming to loose 6lbs by 16th March. Its not going really well at the moment but theres still time.

Previous weight: 61kg = 134lbs = 9 stone 8lbs
Current Weight: 60.6kg = 133lbs = 9 stone 7 lbs
16th March Aim: 58.3kg = 128lbs = 9 stone 2lbs
Final Aim: 50.8kg = 112lbs = 8 stone
